Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and hygiene liners remain intact.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
